Maa Designer - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All disputes or claims arising from or related to this website are subject to governance and interpretation in accordance with the prevailing laws.
For any dispute, products purchased from our website can be exchanged within a 7-day period only if:
- The exchange request is initiated within the specified time frame.
- The item(s) are found to be faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
- The received product(s) differ from the original order.
- Any element is missing from the package, including price tags, labels, original packing, etc.
If products are identified as damaged or missing, images of the outer packaging must be shared via email at help@maadesigner.com as evidence before disposing of the packaging.
Exchange requests must be made within the specified time frame.
Kindly email pictures of the defective item to help@maadesigner.com or call at +92 (322) 4210846 within 7 days after order delivery to raise a dispute. Maa Designer will evaluate each dispute on an individual basis, ensuring fairness to both parties. Upon a fair resolution, a replacement (product) will be issued against the item mentioned in the invoice or a coupon of equivalent value, valid for purchase from Maa Designer within the next 60 days.
Please note that no disputes will be entertained after the stipulated time period, i.e., 7 days after order delivery.
The buyer/customer/order maker assumes full responsibility for all purchases made in good faith, with no intention of false activity. Additionally, the buyer must bear sole responsibility for all selections made (articles/dresses/products).
Maa Designer may share marketing offers such as newsletters and catalogues (e.g., your email address, wish lists, your name, and your postal address). You can also create your personal account at maadesigner.com (e.g., your name, number, and email address).
Our team may contact you in the event of any problem with the delivery of your items (e.g., telephone number, address).
Maa Designer reserves the right to disclose your data to fraud prevention agencies.
We may verify that you are of legal age for online shopping.
Payments made online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in PKR (or any other agreed currencies) are accepted.
Any details you submit for purchasing products on our website will be directly provided to our payment provider via a secure connection.
