DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

  1. GENERAL
    • Maa Designer Private Limited, located at Shop No 34-B, Basement Babar Plaza, Liberty Market, Lahore, (“Maa Designer”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates the website https://maadesigner.com (collectively referred to as the “Maa Designer Platform”), facilitating the sale and purchase of apparel, accessories, and other products under the brand name “Maa Designer” (“Products”) to the users of the Maa Designer Platform (“User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”).
    • This delivery and shipping policy (“Policy”), along with the Terms, outlines our procedures for the delivery and shipping of Products purchased on the Maa Designer Platform.
    • We offer worldwide shipping and delivery of our Products, aiming to provide you with the best customer experience by partnering with leading logistics service providers. Our goal is to ensure a hassle-free experience in receiving the ordered Products from the Maa Designer Platform, and we make all commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the Products to you in a timely manner.
    • By agreeing to use the Maa Designer Platform and/or purchasing a Product on it, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy without modification. We encourage you to read and understand the terms of this Policy every time you visit the Maa Designer Platform. If you do not agree to the terms in this Policy, it is advised not to use, access, or transact on the Maa Designer Platform.
  2. TERMS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
    • We collaborate with third-party logistic service providers to handle the shipping and delivery of Products to you ("Logistic Partners"). We will provide the details of the Logistic Partner responsible for processing the shipping and delivery of any purchased Product on the Maa Designer Platform. Our standard dispatch timelines range from 7-15 working days within Pakistan and 15-25 working days (tentative) for orders outside Pakistan, from the date of completing the Product order. Customized orders will have a different timeline communicated to the customer via email. Although we generally use Logistic Partners, we reserve the right to ship and deliver Products on our own without engaging Logistic Partners or third-party service providers.
    • You acknowledge that we may designate certain areas as unserviceable for delivery at our sole discretion. In such cases, we will notify users when placing an order, and you can verify delivery feasibility by entering the relevant area pin-code on the Maa Designer Platform.
    • To ensure timely delivery, we may collect specific information like your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, contact details, etc. You bear absolute liability if we fail to deliver Products due to incorrect information provided during the order placement.
    • We attempt delivery to your designated address within the estimated timeline, making a maximum of 3 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, we reserve the right to cancel the order and return the Product. Additional delivery costs may apply, borne by you and paid in advance.
    • While we make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to logistical issues, weather conditions, political disruptions, acts of God, or other unforeseeable circumstances. We will make a reasonable attempt to inform you of delays but are not obligated to compensate for any resulting claims.
    • We aim for professionalism in engaging Logistic Partners, employees, and agents. However, we are not liable for acts or omissions by delivery personnel. Any disputes between you and delivery personnel must be resolved independently.
    • Once you place an order on Maa Designer, we process the order and provide a unique tracking identity number for real-time tracking through Logistic Partners' websites or applications.
    • Shipping fees may be charged based on various factors. We are authorized to collect these fees on behalf of the Logistic Partner. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for specific cases of defective, damaged, deficient, or incorrect Products.
    • If you receive a defective, damaged, deficient, or incorrect Product and wish to return it, notify us within 24 hours. Returns are facilitated through our reverse-Logistics Partners, subject to our sole discretion.
