FEES AND PAYMENT POLICY - MAA DESIGNER

  1. General
    • MAA DESIGNER Private Limited, located at Shop No 34-B, Basement Babar Plaza, Liberty Market, Lahore ("MAA DESIGNER," "we," "us," or "our"), is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. This document outlines the Fees and Payment Policy for transactions conducted on the MAA DESIGNER mobile application/website.
  2. Returns and Refunds
    • We acknowledge that situations may arise where you need to return a product. To qualify for a refund, please ensure that:
    • The return is requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
    • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
    • All tags, labels, and accessories are intact.
    • The product is not listed as a non-returnable item (refer to Section 3).
    • To initiate a return, kindly contact our customer support at customer-support@maadesigner.com. Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for the return. Our support team will assist you through the return process.
    • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 15 days and it will show in your MAA wallet to reuse the fund to buy the product from our store or with affiliate partners around the world or a credit will be applied to your original payment method after deduction of the bank charges which is not refundable 80% amount approximately will be recoverable if requested cash to the same account which has been used at the time of execution of the payment.
  3. Non-Returnable Items
    • Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:
    • Personalized or customized items.
    • Products not in their original condition or packaging.
    • Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item returned after the specified return period.
  4. Exchanges
    • We facilitate exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly received products. To request an exchange, contact our customer support at customer-support@maadesigner.com within 5 days of receiving the product.
    • Provide your order number, details of the defective/damaged item, and supporting images. Our support team will guide you through the exchange process.
    • Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective/damaged item. After inspection, we will dispatch the replacement product to you.
  5. Shipping Costs
    • If the return is due to our error (defective/damaged product, wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs. In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
